Privacy Policy

Data We Collect

Apart from the website statistics described under Cookies and website statistics below, we do not collect data from you when you visit our website. The information you provide is stored solely for the purposes of your booking or enquiry and is not used for any other purpose.

Third Parties

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We use Google Analytics for website statistics, as described below, and our contact form uses hCaptcha to check that messages come from a person, not a bot. When you use the form, hCaptcha processes information about your device and browser for this purpose, under its own privacy policy.

Payment Information

We do not store your payment details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or retain your card information.

Data Retention

Your booking information is accessible for six months after your booking is completed, after which it is removed from our records.

If a booking is cancelled, your data is removed six months from the date it was originally created.

Cookies and website statistics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website: for example, which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are in the world, and what type of device and browser they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We only see overall figures, not who you are, and we do not use it for advertising. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works the same either way.

We also use Google Search Console, which shows us how this website appears in Google search results (for example, which searches it appears for). It uses Google's own search data and does not add any tracking to this website.

The contact form's spam check (hCaptcha) may store what it needs for that check in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
